Rescue products almost always assume one language, one country. OMIPOKA's public page is bilingual (Chinese/English), with the default set by the card owner — a one-tap language toggle for finders is on the roadmap. Beyond the interface, we sweat the critical detail: the page shows the local emergency number based on the finder's country — Japan's number in Japan, 911 in the US.
Alerts are timezone-aware, too. International rescues often mean the finder is in country A and the family in country B: without timezones, families misread "last seen" times. OMIPOKA uses absolute times with the owner's timezone site-wide — a detail almost no competitor handles. For families across borders it isn't polish; it's safety.
