1. Acceptance
Welcome to OMIPOKA. Using the Service (including app.omipoka.com, physical NFC cards, and related tools) means you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Account Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Don’t share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity
3. Your Content
You own the content you create (text, video links, photos, etc.). You grant OMIPOKA a license to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the Service.
You may not upload: illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, sexual, violent, or hateful content. We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate accounts that post it.
4. Guardian Cards (Medical / Dementia / Pet / Child) Disclaimer
OMIPOKA’s Guardian Card series is an aid for finder-coordinated recovery and emergency medical reference only. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis, police search efforts, or legal documents.
You are responsible for keeping card information accurate and up-to-date. OMIPOKA is not liable for losses caused by outdated or incorrect information.
5. Payment & Subscription (Phase 2)
Core features (5 cards free) are free. Paid plans (watermark removal, premium card types, higher quotas, etc.) will be launched later, with pricing and refund rules announced at that time.

6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings (with a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, by legal requirement, or for service maintenance, with reasonable advance notice when possible.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” OMIPOKA makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMIPOKA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be brought before the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard banner, and you may be asked to reaffirm consent.
10. Third-Party Personal Data Notice & User Responsibility
When building a Guardian card (dementia, pet collar, child, medical), users may provide personal data of the following third parties on their behalf:
- Family / emergency contacts’ names, phone numbers, relationships
- Names, ages, and health information of those under care (e.g. elders with dementia, minor children)
- Pet names, microchip numbers, owner contact details
Users warrant that they have:
- Obtained informed consent from the third party (or their legal representative) before building the card;
- For minors’ data, obtained consent from the legal guardian;
- For data of persons with dementia or other legally incompetent persons, obtained consent from their legal guardian;
- For pet information, that it was provided by the owner or lawful caretaker;
- Accepted full responsibility for any dispute or damages arising from a failure to obtain valid consent. OMIPOKA bears no joint liability.
OMIPOKA reserves the right to take down the relevant card’s public page without user consent upon receipt of a third-party objection.
